Welcome to Chi Epsilon at UCLA

Chi Epsilon [XE] is the National Civil Engineering Honor Society. Each year, our chapter invites the top one-third of the junior and senior civil engineering classes at UCLA to become members of our society. Aside from academic achievement, Chi Epsilon members also demonstrate sociability, good character, and a dedication to community service.

Our chapter of Chi Epsilon is dedicated to providing activities that allow members to serve the community, build practical skills, and maintain academic and professional excellence. Some of our past events include hosting review sessions for the Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT/FE) Examination and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and the Los Angeles Regional FoodBank.

This year we are hoping to have even more great activities with an emphasis on building a sense of community among our chapter’s active student and alumni members. If you would like to know more about our chapter, take a look around with the links to the left and please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’d love to hear from you.

Cheers,

Tom Curtis
